Kore Law was founded by Melissa Prpic with a simple idea: that legal advice can be both commercially sharp and genuinely supportive.
After almost two decades working in top-tier and boutique firms, Melissa set out to build a practice that put people first - combining sharp legal and commercial guidance with real care for her client’s goals, and the trusted support behind her work.

With more than 18 years of experience in some of Australia’s top law firms, Melissa has advised clients ranging from ASX-listed and large private companies to small family-run businesses. That depth of experience means she understands the full picture - the strategy, the stress, and the stakes that come with every business transaction.
Her clients value her clear communication, commercial mindset, and practical approach. They often say she feels like an extension of their business -someone who’s calm under pressure, always one step ahead, and deeply invested in achieving the best outcome.
When she’s not advising clients, you’ll find her spending time with her family, exploring South East Queensland coastlines, or venturing overseas to immerse herself in new cultures.
